    ducatiman998: What I did NOT understand WAS why SER's sp after a great ann. (that will be now the benchmark for potential better offers by the Japanese or whoever) spiked up but come back down far too low again. Shareprice is just readjusting to where it should be (have stayed) in the first place IMHO.
    All the best to all SER holders. 2011 promises to be a great year.
