Yes, absolutely. I have contacted the company in regards to this and have been told POLO holders will be given the opportunity to excercise there options and be eligible for the in-specie distribution. I think this is a good move by management as it will most likely result in a high percentage of options being excercised 1year before they actually expire, thus giving the company extra cash in the bank.
If in doubt though, just drop the company secretary an email asking for confirmation.
