I also think is was quoted as ME being confident that Shell would sign on. This was is in the bottom draw for now, it will be another 6-12 months before anything big happens. Not really sure why FAR would commit to a farm-in without a farm-in partner, doesn't make much sense as others have stated. Even if they could they would be left out to dry if no one came on board and would definitely lose the lease and own the Senegalese government a whole lot of money. FAR would take a dust nap on that one, just wait for the extension ann. and a JV, then we can celebrate.
