Why did the largest shareholder not take up their rights? Just as important, why is the largest shareholder selling? AHZ should be all over this.
The top 20 as a percentage of total ownership is reducing. Who is absurbing the difference?
In March 2012 the Top 20 largest shareholders held 61% of the issued capital. It's now around 29%. I still cannot believe the phenomenal amount of shares that are on issue now with over 1.8 billion.
In my opinion, this pending 4c needs to be a ripper or look out below.
