Only 1, sometimes they collect it by driving around, as from what I understand from their presentations is the only efficient way to collect that data as any other way is more expensive than that way especially if one has 100's of KMs of roads to cover for cities.
1 can also be done with fixed cameras as they seem to do in singapore but you need 100's and 1000's of cameras to cover the roads
2 and 3 are done using fixed cameras, not driving around ...
BTW, its not they who are driving around, its the customers who want to drive around and want the tech to make it more efficient than walking.
So are you saying that an officer in the vehicle drive around is more archaic than walking and chalking or taking manual photos as its done today by majority of councils? How else would one do it? If you have better way of collecting that data/evidence of infringement more efficiently and accurately, I am sure SNS guys would love to know as they just want to sell their AI software and make money .... not waste anyones time driving around.
Love to hear your thoughts on how have a more modern way for doing this.
