Be polite, be constructive, but be clear that we do expect early action on the obvious key issues that have lead to the situation the share finds itself in the notes being first and foremost amongst these. Less than $20k was traded this week, that is not a share aspiring to mid cap status. They need to adopt a phased approach get the key actions complete then follow up with all the rest that is wrong - there is plenty, the 2 subsidence issues were not just acts of god.
