    As announced CXY is seeking review of Government decision re Kingaroy.

    "has until 2 August 2011 to seek the internal review by DERM"

    Hw effective and impartial can a review be if it is conducted internally by DERM?

    Only way would be to get media actively involved so that there is accurate and unbiased reporting of proceedings as the review moves forward through its varies stages.

    To be transparent it must be see to be transparent.
