DERM is not about to change its spots now. It will fight aggressively to ensure it doesn't lose this review. Too much at stake if it does.

It would show the State Government in a very bad light politically and they can't afford that. DERM will have egg on its face. The residents of Kingaroy don't want the project. Compensation to CXY would be large.

At all costs the Government must win and you can bet on it - THEY WILL.

They will throw every possible resource at this.

Letting DERM conduct the review is like appointing Dracula MD of the blood bank.
