The review is simply to give DERM the chance to correct themselves before the COURTS get involved 'and why not give them that chance as it would be better for everyone involved'... not the last option Cougar has. It would look much better for DERM if they sorted it out prior to court rather than in court, especially with all the evidence Cougar has already provided to DERM which DERM has not given the time of day to read through and would rather make decisions on flawed conclusions rather than the facts and scientific data. Just because they are the 'QLD Government' does not mean they are untouchable... Cougar has a strong case IMO. Cougar can and will push this further if DERM still concludes a 'NO' answer IMO...
