Hmm! Minister Yeo Bee Yin has scheduled the release of the report and findings at 4.30pm Malaysian time?

If she was in possession of a report that was negative for Lynas and supported her well know anti-Lynas stance, do you think you would wait virtually til the end of the business day to release it. She is compelled to release it, but if this was negative for Lynas she would be releasing it first thing in the morning while preparing to celebrate with her mates Wong and  Fuzzy!!

She is in possession of something she obviously is not happy with - hence the lethargic release - I believe she has unwittingly given us an opportunity to buy prior to announcement - hence that is what I'm doing.
