Perhaps the licensing deal with HP required Nuheara to take responsibility for all advertising/promotion and the use of a "HP Hearing Pro" website generated by Nuheara was the only concession. Up to this point HP had already given Nuheara a few million dollars with no exchange for shares. We'll never know what really happened with the Elite buds deal and maybe HP think they have done enough already. We don't know what the feeling is now between Nuheara and HP.
