If bothered to understand the ASX rules and perhaps know some people in the game, the ASX and ASIC have really tightened the requirements around making market updates to avoid and discourage updates which may lack proper basis and be used for ramping. If a 4C has just been released and the product has been on sale for just over 2 months, is that enough of a time horizon to warrant another update? . But during that 2 month period the product is still being rolled out to various distributors and outlets, so what is actually the basis of the update? The product is not even properly out there.. After a few months and with the product available at more outlet points, that is probably a more appropriate time.
How is it unfair ?
Is NUH expected to update every few weeks? That is nonsensical yet that is what is proposed.
That is not how it works. It appears quite a few critics here have lost all perspective.
Nothing wrong with my prior response, if someone is trolling, what do they expect? Again, it is very easy to criticise with no skin in the game , that was an offer to put skin in the game. Perhaps you will join her in that offer?
