Exactly. Returned to Walmart after a few days with damaged packaging and ear wax. A total write-off because the volume probably isn't going to justify refurbishment.
NUH have always followed the Sensear business model of selling the 'technology'. They have never understood consumer earbuds are a high volume business that competes on style and price. The HP brand reputation is so poor it is probably a hindrance. HP don't even use it for their own earbuds and headphones.
