Even just taking the average of the most recent and relevant (NSW) transactions being:
HGO/ESG/Santos - $2.87
AGL/SGL - $3.99 (NSW)
AGL/Gloucester - $2.11
BG/Pure - $1.94
Average: $2.72/GJ ... and halving it (because the sector entiment has come off) = $1.36/GJ gives a sp of $1.50 ... about where Ivor Rees at Baillieu has valued ESG.
