In a complicated way. Depends on ground temperature which changes between about 19 and 11 0 C (summer and winter extremes) in that neck of the woods.
Also amount of salt, already semi dried etc.

May be they will use it to store semi dried salt, but the intention of a crystaliser is to also save water. I expect each system will be stand alone.

In the final analysis they want to use both crystaliser and ponds to gain sufficient running experience to employ any of the techniques in the worldwide plants as appropriate.
