For your information, MHM is not necessarily in start up territory.
They purchased an existing plant from Simms, they have an existing client base, They addressed a long standing problem with a solution that their clients really liked at earlier pilot plant level and with all the supporet of two multinationals to innovate. With big supply of raw materials etc etc.
Hardly a start up.
All this may be news to you but another important fact is that they improved profitability in the the then existing Simms plant about 17 months ago, in the first week they purchased it.

Have been running an on going business profitably for one year which was running a few years before purchase. This should not be news to you.

I guess some people cannot believe that innovation can be successful now matter how low risk the strategy is.
