It seems to me that GO has taken the unresearched view that MHM will likely not succeed because he has classed it as a start up in his own mind and has had a bad track record in start ups.

I invite you even at this stage, to go back and thoroughly research MH. Please confirm the following;
It is continuing a business.
It increased profitability by 35% the first week they purchased the Simms plant.
They are in the business of value adding through incremental innovation while on a profitabilty path.
Some of us do a lot of ongoing research to continually check our assumptions from which our investments depend.
I invite you to also do the same.
