Given that the Martu are interested in having at least 3 mining ventures (one U for goodness sake) happening on their patch (& on the face of it LD isn't one of them), it is hard not to come to the conclusion that there is a personal (not commercial) problem between Martu & RWD

Has RWD earned Martu distrust/disrespect very early on in the relationship by maybe going onsite without permission?

Whatever it is, there is clearly an issue that has not only rendered LD dead in the water, but may also threaten to sink LM

Maybe it's time to carve off LD & LM to a new company with fresh new management ... perhaps even a T/O nominee on the board to demonstrate good faith .... in order to wipe the slate clean & start afresh with negotiations.
