I somewhat agree with you.

I have previously posted, with Company now being silent on likely timeframes, that more than likely "Project completion" date will run into last half of 2013.

As for a takeover thought of 10c, I would suggest this to be a little low and more than likely now closer to 20c (BHP's investment price) or even upwards to 25c, but certainly no more.

Just my gut feeling - which unfortunately is not going too well at the moment!!!
