Might be better to stick with on-selling the API rather than selling via the consumer - As Davisite has mentioned the limo industry has a terrible reputation (for a reason).... until they are able to weed out the rubbish providers Jayride is going to have a lot of problems with consumers.

And remember they don't even have a man on the ground in the US (their largest market) - It's not going to be at all easy to figure out who the cowboys in the industry are.

What interests me however is that ,as has been mentioned, the limo/private car industry is a shambles (world wide) - and JayRide is a legitimate disruptor in the industry....if they can get it right it could turn the industry on its head and JayRide may flourish....But weeding out the rubbish transport companies which onboard on Jayrodes platform as well as the rogue drivers that do this type of work....well, that's another matter all together.
