Reddit you can check the posters history if they have consistently been posting in the hyperhidrosis subreddit for years or there accounts is multiple years old then that is far more proof than some anonymous drugs.com review
what looks like is happening is someone is picking up legit reddit reviews and posting a reworded review on drugs.com
As an example for the review I previously posted today from reddit
the user account is ~5 years old and has multiple posts previously in hyperhidrosis subreddit
This would be incredibly hard to impossible to fake, where as drugs.com I could simply make up an account and post a review (as others have previously done from hotcopper) with zero history or proof I ever used the product
