Two points about this

1. Would I still want to hold shares in OZL (PH) if it had the same Management Team

2. Is this really just a gloridied asset sale to MM. I thought one of the attractions for MM was to get a company based in Australia from which to do further asset purchases.What happened to this "company" aspect of the deal (particularly if Martabe and GG are gone)

Point 1 could be answered by setting up a new company but how long would it take.

Still a positive, but I wonder how long it will all take to go through, Not sure if the heart can take more of this.
