I've seen manufacturing dates of goat been sold in china is May 2019 on jd which is large ecommerce site. still using old packaging. you should read the comments on jd and tmall where bubs and western infant formula is being sold. lots of chinese buyers bought a lot during coronavirus and have stocked up. there's also lots of comments about daigou not shopping as freight is disrupted so haven't received deliveries so they switch to other brands. bubs is also not a premium product on chinese ecommerce site. whereas a2 is marketed as premium. I'm guessing bubs is trying to get market share from other goat milk suppliers but it's also perceived as cheap product reading the comments
