I would think it rather odd even for these guys to start buying something they can't afford to own. Not much point in owning half of a good idea.

The ASX listing (WNI) seems to me to be little more than a way of working the larger deal. They will just issue their backers / themselves more shares to pay for BRM + FRS imo...

but that said I have only started to look into this saga, having traded FRS alot. I also remember the way UMC was handled ( poorly) and see patience may pay off here ( as also seen on TTY)
