If there is a settlement on the go, which is most likely on the cards, why would you need a (Revised amount of Claim)?

Think about it........................ If the talks were underway before Biota put the Statement of Claim to the court, then a revised claim is useless, because they have already settled up amounts, only need the formal paperwork to go to the court, before releasing the big news.......................................
(We have come to an agreement) I am only making assumptions here. So this is not to be taken as fact.
