I would have agreed with you until a week or two ago when ELD seemed to have shored up its balance sheet with sale of insurance business and injection of equity. Whilst I am still bearish equity due to likely impending capital raising, I think the rally of ELDPA from 33 to 59 suggests ELD will remain solvent. Hence, yield on ELDPA ar say 15% per annum stepping up to 17% is much better value than other hybrids or notes on risk/reward scenario (I think)
