Wasn't clear whether you had used 90 day bank bill, or 10 year swap rate for post stepup.
If 10 year swap rates maintain their spread over 90 day rate[about 2%], then that will be the base rate for dividends[plus margin of course].
This differential likely to close if interest rates go up generally, but as ELDPA are leveraged to any rises, I can live with that.
