If this announcement had come out 12 to 18 months ago PEN would be rocketing towards 50c if not already there. Its simply a fact that we are in a bear market with worry and panic reining supreme that logic goes out the window. What we all think PEN is worth is of no consequence it is the market that is deciding. Junior resource explorers aren't attracting any investment funds no matter how wonderful they may appear. We will all have to sit back,take a tablet and relax for at least 6 to 12 months before the real value of this company will be shown in its share price. Happy waiting all.
