Its very positive that there will be OPEX and CAPEX savings which will improve the economics of the project BUT will result in a justifiable delay due to having to revise the DFS.
With regards to approval of financing I would have expected that the original DFS robust enough to secure financing and that this revision has a derisked cost estimate allowing TNG to negotiate a better deal, but in the whole not too significant delays in the finance approval process and its not back to the starting point.
