REVISED OFFER - Seriously WHAT SHOULD WE DO NOW.. HELP..

Dear All NWE Guru's (You know who you are: Alexii, Old Geo, Tui, Seahunt etc etc), (I dont know how to tag you in)

A friend and myself combined hold a decent volume of Shares in NWE 15m. Reading todays announcement and both being extremely disappointed we are in need of advice and an accurate understanding of what CAN HAPPEN if we do not accept MIN's offer. It's obvious what happens if we accept (and we do not want too)

ALTERNATE COMMUNICATION: Having down rampers and obvious MIN supporters on here their comments most likely will not be truthful or to holders best interests. Is there any chance of one of you Guru's opening a PRIVATE FB Page or organising a Zoom meeting or whatever with invited members to discuss this privately as a team before we all fall into the hands of CE.
