    Hi SkyPunter,

    I am also an STX holder and I have to concur with Seahunt. STX do not have enough capital to Buy NWE. They already have a debt facility to enable further drilling and development for gas extraction. They will only generate around $30m of revenue next year which is not enough to support debt levels required to procure NWE shares. The WGO offer is a big enough challenge for them alone..
