    It appears the BOD have been bullied by MIN stating words to the affect “agree with us or we will increase our holdings and vote you out”.

    this would leave Ian jobless and with the same result to shareholders.- being bullied by a billionaire

    At the end of the day we all profit for holding with or without the just directions for NWE board.
