MIN wont get the 90%, so I suggest people just relax, watch this take up fail and a sweetener will come from MIN or a spoiler comes in with a better cash offer..

I want us to still be here as NWE drilling in March and feel like the BOM should have also wanted the same!!!

I am seriously considering re-entering NWE. I am very interested in the powers under the JV agreement, is it a public document? Main reason I ask is that I am sure MIN won't achieve 90% but I would like to better understand what the implications of MIN achieving 50.1% are specifically in relation to the JV powers. I have seen the reference to "65% and minimum two parties" threshold but would like more context.
