The constant lack of an actual prospective number always puzzled me.

Sure there would have been a large discrepancy between low and high, but all they needed to do was keep putting in an asterisk saying they will be able confirm more after 3 or 4 drills and the 3D.
I believe this was to help mitigate price and here we are today. Probably a recommendation not to disclose came from big bully too.
The recommendation is unacceptable and a mere 67 ratio difference to make them accept the offer is comical.
