It's clear that some sort of carrot has been dangled in front of the NWE board, or MIN have threatened or intimidated the board into accepting the ridiculous revised offer. If that's not the case, then we've just been lied to the whole time about the board having the shareholders best interests.

Either way, it's a lack of integrity, a lack of balls or just simply protecting their own self interests and none of those bode well for shareholder confidence in the Board.

Still a bit to play out yet, but I'm certainly not going to be bent over into giving up my shares, they'd have to pay substantially more for me to drop the pants and accept it - in cash rather than script. I've got no interest in holding MIN
