Still a bit to play out yet, but I'm certainly not going to be bent over into giving up my shares, they'd have to pay substantially more for me to drop the pants and accept it - in cash rather than script. I've got no interest in holding MIN

They got there 10's of millions of incentive options included in the latest offer. That was the only thing that was of great difference from the first offer.
Big incentive for them to roll over IMO and what made them say take the offer.
