Well I was a latecomer to NWE and have a very small package of shares but I will continue to hold. I was shocked by the capitulation of the BOD to what seems like a very cheap offer by MIN. Especially considering the drilling program coming soon.
I’d like to know clearly though whether MIN need 90% or 75% or 50% of shares to take control. There seems to be some confusion about this.
