You basically get the same terms as everyone else. You get bought out.
Just vote whatever you want, what will be will be. A minimum of 40% of the register is already voting in favour, and if 80% of NWE shareholders even vote ill be surprised given such a small and fragmented retail holding.
This is basically a formality.
