clearly BkN has been re-rated to a moderate growth stock so a bounce up is unlikely in the future and company reports will be taken with a grain of salt.
current price is about fair so market has it about right, whilst speculators have been caught and will be reluctant to ge back in.
the new foundry in SA will take about 3 years and could blow out in costs which will hang on the stock for a while also
