I have made some of the previous posts. You say my calcs are flawed - please tell me what is flawed. I did the analysis to form a view and posted it for others to review. If it is wrong I would like to know, but merely saying it is wrong without explaining why is useless.

I am not downramping - I have done what I believe is reasonable analysis to form a view of value. I do not hold shares and based on my analysis do not want to.

As I have said before, just my opinion - good luck
