    I am making this post because I appreciate someone else having a go at fundamental analysis. Without going through all your calculations, I would make 2 points:

    1. 100mcf/day may not be sustainable in the long term - all the research I have done says it will not be. I also calculate (slightly differently) that IMP would get payback after about 3 years, but the tail revenue is limited over a long period of time.

    2. Don't forget to adjust for the 150 million shares that will be issued under the sweet convertible note at 1 cent per share to insiders - this type of inside deal is another reason which put me off IMP. Just my opinion

    Good luck, I expect there will be trading opportunities based on sentiment alone
