According to the CSNY timetable the prospectus will be drafted prior to SEC filing (week 8). We should see it soon after and presumably will be asked to approve the transfer around the same time. They must be balancing the SEC filing with the contents of the prospectus and associated valuation at present with the ongoing commercial dealings. What to include and what need not be included in the valuation but used to support the listing price after the event. The usual task of managing a company in other words! But what a company!
