The problem for management at present is timing. They have orders coming in and the task of a prospectus to get ready for the SEC. What do they include in the prospectus? What if a major order is due two weeks after printing and submission to the SEC? Do they then vary it and delay the filing processes to submit an update? When do they stop changing what is always a fluid process? Activity does not cease in the 8 week prospectus preparation period. As to an AGM or an EGM - same thing but the prospectus has to be submitted to us for approval.
