That's my expectation. $25 looks to be in the bag already otherwise the CS-directed underwriting would not have been initiated. The SEC filing is based on that assumption being fulfilled as they have stated explicitly that they will not accept unnecessary dilution at placement. What the final placement price will be obviously can't be foreseen as it will depend on the receipt of orders yet to be made in the intervening months.
