    Brian...Amex posted the following in response to a different question a few days ago, but it also provides a view on your question...


    "The transfer of existing security holders (ie all of us) to a new jurisdiction (ie the NASDAQ global exchange) no longer requires the additional step of the no action request formality (the old IPO kick off). The way is now cleared to direct SEC filing. This will be published on their website (that is what you were all trawling for last week) at the time of filing and you should now see that in 3 weeks, indicating that the IPO could occur in 16 weeks if CSNY advises. Remember QVT deadline must not be exceeded so why would they just delay a month? Does not serve any purpose. A delay beyond that means the TZ principals lose 10%. I'm sure they would seriously entertain that!!"
