So can anyone shed some light on what will happen next? If they don’t provide the requested files to the ASX they would be delisted? Shouldn’t it go further than that? Shouldn’t the ASX be able to see that clearly they are dodgy and business should de-registered or does the ASX not have that power?
I feel like if they delist, they will still own all tenements and just sell them off to next explorer keeping all the profits.
It makes sense now, they acquired all these tenements and just did the bare minimum in regards with samples, drilling etc. Just enough to keep everyone interested.
I feel foolish but I am SO glad I didn’t join in on SPP, I was tempted but something was telling me no.
