Maybe the light bulb will click for you on Jan 6th, or maybe it won't and you'll cling to another desperate conspiracy theory. For FBR though the market is speaking strongly about HX and it's commercialisation possibility. Builders in Perth aren't interested. Mike's book of builders who want in simply aren't there and so FBR has to pivot to being a property developer rather than a WaaS contractor.

It might be still possible FBR can weasel a pathway forward and like just about every spec, every holder clings to the hope that a whale (in this case WB) will come along and make them all rich. It might happen, and I will say I think it's more likely than Trump second term (but only just).
