I think you have a very good point about going delisting, this is probably the most concerning outcome for many retail holders, and it will save so much trouble for Mike to no longer having to deal with 10,000 grumpy shareholders, and all the ASX compliances and responsibilities.
Instead if they could just go unlisted and become a private company again, there would open up a lot more flexibility on however they want to run the business going forward.
In the process of delisting, retail holders could be paid by say 5-6c/share to cash out, or you might choose to stay on but with almost no liquidity option at all, in another word, stuck!
That would be a nightmare scenario.
