Appreciate it Adam and I know others do too. For what its worth . Among my few better stocks RMD and FPH (nzx )and CTX equiv ZEL (nzx) at a new high) .Prop stcks TIX (great div) and AOG (was FKP) my retirement prop stock. Sold BRV a while back.
My NZ stocks doing great generally esp Govt spinoffs Meridian and Genises ; and Heartland
Have you looked at NWH in M/S sector.
Small Aus caps RXP,ATU.CAF.EPD, CGO ,PEH,PGC my better ones atm. Culling stocks still and won't discuss my Goldies. Reluctantly sold CTD to build cash ; an excellent co with great future.

I think undervalued stocks will be waiting(with the keeper) in the next few months , cheers DJV
