I guess what I'm saying - in less long-winded fashion - is that it would be a far more preferable outcome for shareholders if, instead of trying to BUY things at 10x EV/EBITDA, TPI management looked to SELL the company for 8x EV/EBITDA.
But experience has shown that is simply not how company directors view their worlds.
